We know tanning beds!  We know customer service!

Service:

Call us to make an appointment and we'll actually be there on time!  We'll diagnose the problem and give you a written estimate to fix the problem.  There is, of course, a minimum charge for coming out, but that will be credited towards any repairs we do.

If the equipment failure is due to something we did, then the labour charges are on us.

Installation:

Our units are shipped directly to the customer's location, should you be out of the local geographical area of Southern Ontario.

Our company will aid the buyers with all installation questions and procedures in the following ways: online assistance,
telephone assistance for hook up, instruction manuals will be provided and in the case where an electrician is absolutely necessary, arrangements will be made with the buyer so their equipment gets installed properly and professionally for them.

 

For equipment being installed in the immediate geographical area of our location, we will ensure that the equipment gets installed by our own technicians within the timeframe set out in our Service Level Agreement.
